Conditions of Entry

Terms and Conditions - Win 1 of 10 500ml bottles of Urine Off for your cat or dog! Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.

 Entrants must answer Competition questions correctly to qualify and be entered into the draw to win a prize.

The Competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. All entries will be judged based on creativity & originality.  The best valid entries, as determined by the judges, will win.

Entry is only open to residents of Australia only. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. Only one entry per person permitted.

To enter consumers must complete the entry form.

Promotion commences 1/02/2012. Entries close 12:00pm EST 29/02/2012. Winners will be notified by email and must reply with a postal address by the 15/03/2012. Winners who have not provided a postal address by this date forfeit their prize and new winners will be chosen. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

There are 10 prizes in total and each winner will receive 1 of 10 500ml bottles of Urine Off for your cat or dog!! 

Prizes are not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes.

In each case, entrants must then read and accept these conditions of entry and indicate their acceptance by clicking on the Enter me in the Competition button after completing the entry form.

There is a limit of one entry per entrant. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that fails to comply with this restriction.

No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.

The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this Competition.

The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of accepting a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Any costs associated with accessing the Promoters' website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

All entry details entered incorrectly on the website shall be deemed invalid.

All entries become the property of the Promoter. Entries may be entered into a database and the Promoter may use entrant's email addresses for future marketing and promotional purposes related to professional pet care information and products.
